Just watching it as a movie with no knowledge of the book or anything, I'd say a decent watch. I do like how its not resolved as quickly as most. My favorite is the end I won't say what happens, just that it was beautifully done. The message it gave me was great. Made me sad but I do get sad easily with movies so, take that as you will. Other than that....I'd rather read the book, mainly for better context of the story, and some actors did a good job with their emotions. There is one who I do NOT like at all, I think it's one of my uncles influence, I'm glad they weren't in it long. 😃 I know for a fact that once I read the book I'll definitely not like it and I can't wait!!! 😁
