When it comes to star wars, There's nothing anyone can do that will please everyone. Especially those pre disposed to hate everything. That being said I love the type of stories that this show is trying to tell. Especially the story about depression. Of all of the places that one could draw strength from, ahsokas desire to keep going is the last place I thought I'd find inspiration. Yet here we are. She was seemingly ready to give up and operate on auto pilot. But a defeat at the hands of a worthy opponent is exactly what she needed to remind her that life is worth living.
