I watched this after the Hamas attacks on 10/7/2023 bc I felt somewhat ignorant about the whole situation in Gaza and the West Bank. However, as the days went on and Israel started bombing Gaza, and innocent unarmed civilians, including children, starting dying every day without virtually ANY coverage in the western press, I started to get more curious about it all. For the past several weeks I’ve been reading and watching documentaries about the whole situation and I feel like the Palestinians have been suffering terribly at the hands of an occupying, colonial power, Israel, with full support from the U.S. This documentary was an incredible eye opener. Every person who wants a better understanding of the plight of the people of Gaza should watch. Thank you, Abby Martin, for making this incredible film and waking me up. I hope that the world watches and that one day the Palestinian people will again be free to walk in their own land without fear.
