This book took me on such an emotional ride it was absolutely brilliant. it deals with a topic that's still seen as a taboo even in 2022. It opened my eyes to see just a glimpse of the effects of DV and the cycle it can create and she tells it so beautifully. Now I'm off to get the rest or her books because this woman knows how to tell a story
