I'm surprised by the low ratings. It was an excellent depiction of what it looks like when you bring together people from different life experiences and force them to co-exist. Preconceived biases and all. I would have loved it better if the original cast had stayed together and learned from each other. It's easier to remove discomfort from a situation than to work through it, so imo they took the easy way out by sending Summer (original) and Lashanda home. I would have preferred it if Mike could have somehow been made a part of the group. The vegan woman annoyed the heck out of me and it was quite clear that the white women were going to stick together no matter what. Interesting and telling. Kudos to the transgender participant for living in their truth.
