Zone point to play if your are new to the game, you will spend hours collecting treasure to raise your status, just have nothing to show for it as 95% of time, someone who has been playing for years just comes and sinks you ( which cool it's part of the game fun for you I'm sure) but why would new player play a game for hours with nothing to show for it. The last 3 days I played. I was attacked trying to sell my loot. Just to have my boat sank and loot stolen. It's fun for a while, but after about 15 hours over the last 3 days I havent been able to accomplish anything. Unless your willing to spend hours collecting for the older crews, and hours being spawn camp. Good luck accomplishing anything. It's part of the game, just awful for new players. Done wasting my time. Idk maybe make severs for new players.
