Absolutely loved this movie. Fantastic cast, brilliant script and very well directed. The performance by Sir Billy was typically amazing but he was wonderfully upstaged by the three perfectly cast children, each of whom were so natural and lovely in their roles. Their parents were beautifully played by Rosamund Pike and David Tennant. The casting director did a very good job with this ensemble.

Wonderfully told story of a child stolen as a baby who, following his rescue by a formerly famous violinist living incognito as a travelling street entertainer, is, after a series of incredible adventures, finally reunited with his birth mother. The main antagonist in the story is the boy's uncle who is hoping to inherit the fortune to which the boy is rightfully entitled.
