I would recommend this story because what troubled the boy also troubles modern young adults. The journey to love is tough and vague, the struggle for which is hard but the result does not usually meet the expectation. Many people may feel the same as the boy did when they suddenly understand that love is not an independent existence but related to money, social status, etc. After the waiting for his uncle and the train delay, the narrator only encountered darkness at the destination. The contrast between the struggle and the cruel reality is astounding.
