I have worked on movie sets and heard the judgments made against a variety of Actors/Actresses. We are pretty free and easy about judging people with financial means. "They have plenty of money, how could they become addicted to anything?" "They can just pay to fix their problems, tired of hearing them complain." However, as a person in recovery who knows lawyers, doctors, and nurses, the list goes on and on. The ultimate reality we learn in recovery is, drugs ad alcohol DO NOT DISCRIMINATE, addiction is a real methal health challenge. If you don't understand it, don't speak about it. I don't normally watch documentaries, but for whatever reason, I did watch this one today. It breaks my heart to see how the justice system failed this beautiful person. How could it not be obvious that these people were LYING? The reality in my opinion is: no individual could choreograph their own dancers and dance moves, move so eloquently and sing the way she did if she couldn't "think or make decisions" about her own life. Her family and all those bystanders, lawyers, and doctors should be in jail. Force-feeding anyone drugs is disgusting and should be a crime. Clearly, the judges were paid off and those who have succeeded off the back of this woman should feel ashamed of their behavior. Many blessings to this woman and I pray she finds the peace that transcends understanding. Anyone else profiting off her pain and trauma, should be ashamed. I am an empath and I could feel her pain while watching this.
