A real life look into the torment and depression faced by some older generations faced with society marginalizing them. The love story was laudable and the search for reasons to live (while attempting suicide many times) is the actual message. Acceptance of all people should be praised.
While not a hysterically funny Tom Hanks movie, it deserves a view. DEFINITELY BRING TISSUES.
