Epic! My speakers were rocking all over the floor, paint peeling from the walls! This could have came out right after the black album! Metallica are back to their original sound on this album, from, lux Aeterna to inamorata, from the opening track 72 season it never lets you rest! It pounds your heart and your soul, with that familiar Metallica sound and yet still sounds very modern. Wonderful body of work. I started listening this band from killem' all too 72 seasons. Every song is a keeper, No filler! It's unrelentless. James sounds better than ever! Lars, Kirk, and Robert, top notch as always. There's so much energy on this album and in this album, sounds like it's energy is right in front of you. A feeling of electricity in the air. Straight up five stars!
