A gorgeous looking book packed with either dull or very tasty looking and time consuming impossible recipes for your average person to make.
If I were to rate the book on how it looks alone, I would give 5 stars. But rating it based on the recipes also makes it not 5 star worthy.
It’s as though all the restaurant owners have decided not to give away much or to give recipes with produce not easily accessible. There are probably only two recipes I would bother making.
I already know how to make poached eggs- I don’t need loads of poached egg recipes with additional side items to cook. I also know how to make hamburgers. These recipes are not representative of restaurant worthy food, a home cook could come up with this on their own.
