I have always wanted to know the story of Colin Kapernick. It is hard to watch how he has repeatedly been denied opportunities because of being black. So terrible that he was denied his glorious career as a quarterback when that is all he dreamed of. We owe a lot of gratitude to him for what he sacrificed. Thanks to Netflix for airing this amazing, informative show. A truly amazing man. My son is bi-racial and has shared how challenging it is to never feel fully at home on either side, yet the world sees him as Latino. This is a very complex issue that this mini-series touches upon nicely. Colin has had to and still does take a lot of hate. People hating just because they don't understand. Why can't we just listen and learn from him? He's telling his story. It may not be yours.
