If you like violence and car chases you might enjoy this only on horses. My opinion is if you've never seen and don't plan on seeing Robin Hood with Douglas Fairbanks Jr, Errol Flynn, Richard Todd, Sean Connery or Kevin Costner you will probably enjoy the special effects, chases on horseback, violence and profanity. If you do see the older Robin Hood films after this one you will find them tame and borning.
