Yes, this movie got massive action. Yes, it has a l*** scene. Heck, it even got your favorite characters brought back from the dead. But the one thing the movie lacked and forget to tell was a good story. It lacked a clear beginning, middle, and end with no character development. Where I was supposed to care, I couldn’t because the story was rushed with another fight scene. Where I was supposed to not care, I end up caring because I couldn’t agree with the choices the film was making. It was probably the worst star wars movie I have seen in years (and I didn’t mind The Last Jedi. At least in that movie, they tried to do something different and original). The Rise of the Skywalker doesn’t try. It stays very monotoned throughout the 2 1/2 hours to which I left feeling empty. Save your money. Wait until it comes out on Disney+.
