The premise of the show is a good one however the execution is lousy. We have inmates who are doing something productive to try and turn their lives around which is very commendable. And we have a bit of family drama. But we also have alot of unnecessary baggage and characters that seem to be nothing more than time and space fillers. Can we please get some actual depth into what makes a show i.e. character development, follow through of the important aspects of the storyline. Show more of the camaraderie and teamwork required to successfully do the job. Less of the personal drama while in a life or death situation. And please send Gabriella packing. She brings absolutely nothing to the show.
