A wasted opportunity by Priscilla Presley The actors/actresses didn't give their best performances. I thought I was going to be watching a solid biopic considering Priscilla Presley is the executive producer of the film. However, I felt like she withdrew a lot of information and a lot of action from the film. I feel like I need to read the book to get the full story. There is a lot of scenes that could've been directed better or even gone into more depth. I've watched the recently released Elvis film and that was a lot better. I am a low-key feminist at heart and I feel like she could've gave more insight to how much of a strong woman she is with all the troubles and tribulations she faced whilst being with Elvis. It just felt like the film is touching the surface and not diving into the core issues that happened in the relationship. Upon reflection also, there was A LOT of footage onto her younger days getting to know Elvis but deep into the relationship/marriage it seemed very much touch the surface and not say anymore. Maybe there is a legal binding clause but it definitely felt like half of the story for me.

I enjoyed the film. However, Jason having input into the film definitely has a negative impact on the film because his character is just himself and not Aquaman. In all honesty, his co-star, Patrick Wilson is the star of the show. He owns this film! He bodied his role and played it well. If they was to get rid of Jason, I would happily take Patrick as the new Aquaman. Amber Heard scenes are definitely cut short but its nice to see what that shes still in it. Overall, its not too bad of a film but if you want to save money, wait for it to be released on streaming platforms.

Absolutely terrible. Waste of time and money. If you know Adam Deacon's story, he was very hard done by from Noel Clarke and the whole sarga behind Kiddulthood and Adulthood. He said his mental health was in the gutter and found it hard to get his career back on track. This i totally understand. However, he is in his 40's now and I can tell that he wanted to do this film for HIM, but unfortunately it didn't execute well. It is corny, cheesy and embarrassing! The jokes aren't funny, as a matter of fact, I found myself laughing at how terrible the jokes were. I wasn't laughing with the film i was laughing at the film! The best things about the film are Ed Sheeran. To be honest, I think he needs to pursue an acting career because he performed VERY well in this film. And the two actresses from Kiddulthood are featured at the start of the film (Alissa & Becky). Otherwise, its a wannabe gangster film gone wrong. Kiddulthood was epic because it was relevant for the times. It was current, it was touching on issues that teenagers and children in poverty were facing at the time. Adam touches on mental health but doesn't execute it well. He actually makes it out to be a joke and its not a joke, its serious. There is also a mention of neurodiversity which is a big thing in today's society. Once again, not executed well and passed off as a joke. Films like Kiddulthood, Blue Story, TopBoy etc focused on real issues, current social issues. They have character development. Thought provoking and gripping storylines. This film does not. I wouldn't even consider buying it when it is released to streaming platforms.

A rebirth of a great franchise. Transformers films were on a massive decline during the 00's and 10's. However, this film has revived the film! I love the fact that there was ethnic minorities within the main characters. I loved the fact they didn't have a typical model looking white girl running around being a sex symbol. I loved the soundtrack and how relatable it was. The storyline was a bit cliche of Transformers and Super-hero movies. "The Villain comes to impact earth. The Transformers need to save the universe." Thats the only bit that was cliche. The end of the film sets it up for the sequel which I am excited for. Bumbleebee holds his crown for one of the best/favourite Transformers. I hope to see the recurring beasts in this film in upcoming movies and even more beasts. I would definitely suggest watching it in IMAX.
