Very gritty and real. Just watched S5 E19 and I wished I could have seen it sooner. My Mom passed from cancer 1 1/2 years ago. Watching Dr. Austin go through what we went through, down to the very end brought it all back. It is so informative for anyone being the primary caregiver to a terminal parent. Thank you for bringing the humanity to us. Love this show!
