This is a fantastic book. In short, it shows how impactful a role education has played in slowly ruling out the casteism in india. To be in detail, it shows the struggles faced by people due to caste discrimination and how the railway jobs brought light into their lives and enabling them to live with dignity, no less than those from upper castes. I would definitely recommend this. It's actually a must read to gain the insights into ancestral experiences.
