I took a flight out of Raleigh Durham on the 20th four hour delay. Return back left out of Vegas on the 24th made it into Raleigh Durham on the 25th. And yes, my husband got back in late. He missed a day at work due to the flight being delayed My luggage was busted and disgusted and missing one wheel. Tried contacting an agent while I was there file the paper did not receive a complaint number she called a supervisor they would not come. She took pictures. I left all my information. Email address phone number pictured of my busted broke luggage said someone would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing has been done two emails later the same thing, we are not responsible, but you are , I did my job I filed the complaint the same day which was the 25th reach out to your people before you turn someone down and deny a email. The girl has the pictures you need to reach out to your staff. This is unacceptable I want my money back. This is a BS flight I would not recommend y'all to my dog And no I would not. I will not fly with you ever again none of my family, my friends, my coworkers, my church, family and people in the street that I meet do not fly with frontier. They are a bogus and disgusting flight. The seats are too small you cannot be comfortable And yes I will be going through the better business bureau to file a complaint. Also I want my money back for my busted up luggage that you guys did. Yes you did it. arrive in Raleigh Durham like that all the way from Vegas. I didn't do it you better give me my money , I'll put a complaint up here every week that's what I'll do and I'm going to the news I'm a file a complaint with them also I'm put your name out there. What would Jesus do? He will make it right and that's what I'm gonna do I'm follow through in Jesus name. Let's not talk about all the charges that you all have totally discussed it. Make it right
