Fantastic film. I get the sense that most people giving this film bad reviews because "nothing happens" don't really know much about WW2. The progression of the war was woven subtly into the dialogue and the premise itself invokes a unique kind of existential horror. The simplest montage of images juxtaposed with the anguished cries of those beyond the walls left a massive impact. For those with the context and patience to give this film the attention it deserves, it's a disturbing and complex experience not soon to be forgotten.
