Not expected this disastrous film on a Lady Hero from a young film maker Sharan Sharma, who has just assisted in 1 film in his entire career and got this wonderful opportunity to ruin this particular subject on a Kargil Girl and the First Women Pilot, Gunjan Saxena. The Film could have been less disappointing without Jahanvi Kapoor, also the movie failed in showcasing the real struggle and heroism of the lady. There’s not even a single moment in the movie where we get goosebumps for her or any empathy with the character. After watching the first half I could only understand that clearing SSB is even easier than putting up eyeliner. Also in the second half they made flying choppers very convenient and an effortless business. Somewhere the flying schools were also shown as if they are one of those Khalsa colleges in Delhi. There are hardly any war sequences, and the few which are there look fake. The film is a topic wasted on our Kargil Hero. The only man who tried justifying his role was Pankaj Tripathi. Jahanvi Kapoor once again proved that she needs to work upon her diction and dialogue delivery a lot, also she needs to get proper training on acting certainly from some of the major film schools. (P.S. the film maker didn’t even know how to use actors like Vineet (Mukkabaaz fame) and Angad Bedi.. they were looking helpless in the film :/ )
