Melodie Herbert

Loved this movie. Terrific acting by the entire cast, with gorgeous cinematography in black and white, amazing jazz music, and intelligent dialogue, with multiple conflicts exposed. Having read many of the other reviews, I now must get a copy of the book. I thought Ruth Negga's small thin nose and overall face would pass for white. Tessa Thompson's nose and lips are more typical of having at least some African heritage.
