Just because something is experimental doesn't mean it works. Experiments fail. This one sure did for me. This is a prime example that critics can't see a movie for what it is, rather they try to see the movie for what it's trying to be. This is without doubt trying to be epic. (It could have worked with different decisions and execution) but fails

A: You a horror newbie? ...Great movie B: You a veteran? (not just looking for gore) ...meh It HAS Evil Dead but, It is NOT Evild dead. Watching this I thought maybe it is labeled as a horror comedy. But no. Then why did I laugh? Unrealistic (duh) but to the point I thought maybe it was a comedy.. wait it's not. The demon was a full psycho female version of the Joker from batman. It looked like a high budget f**kfest only works because of the technology. If this was made in 1980 it would be a massive flop. Oh and the actors.. Sorry not good. just there to die. nothing to contribute to the plot. no significance. Can replace any of those characters with any kind of relationship like a group of friends instead of a family and not change the whole movie coz it does not look and act like a family at all. Horror elements are good but nothing evil dead fans havent seen before. Those might be the only thing i enjoyed in the movie but still blood rains does not make up to the wacko writing. If you are just looking for a horror flick to ease your mind, good choice. But dont forget to turn off your brain. As blood baths are the only thing that movie can offer.

A killer doll movie. In 2023. That actually works? Yes! This movie is good. Not controversial. Not the greatest. Still is a pretty 'fresh' take on the killer doll category. Which is Simple yet enjoyable, Predictable but not boring. Doesn't try to emphasize on facts that we already know in these types of movies. This movies doesn't try anything new though. To play it safe. But still after watching tons of horror movies. I can recommend this to anyone

A fun train ride indeed. Just don't think too much. Sit back, relax and enjoy. The director is not trying to deliver a masterpiece of a plot here (although its actually genius sometimes, sometimes totally filled with cliques) rather an enjoyable one that will satisfy the audience. Even though the plot is a very basic and a clique its still not a forgettable one. What was needed to be delivered, is actually delivered so thats a win. Definitely a movie you will enjoy.

I'm just at a loss of words for how underrated this masterpiece is. its truely sad to see when cgi bloated 'shows' are at peak while 'cinema' like these which has all the cinematic elements that a movie can have are getting low ratings and going under ther radar.

Worst movie ever. Dont waste your time. There are many other similar horror flicks better than this. The true horror in this is the unbelievable 5star ratings people give this.

Absolutely genius and amazing plot, cinematography, score... And the Best Batman's adaptation i've ever seen on the big screen. As a movie.. genius, absolutely amazing, really close to be called a masterpiece. As a comic book AND a Batman movie... literally the best one so far!
