I came to write this after seeing a plethora of disappointed people in the reviews. I believe this movie was very well made and cast considering the sheer length of the book. Many people said the casting of Lucy Gray along with the fact that she kept singing was reminiscent of a musical. If you use your eyes and brain you will realise that it is titled 'The BALLAD of SONGBIRDS and Snakes". The whole point of the movie is that she is a performer with dramatic acting and several performances. Sorry for the aggression but nothing annoys me more than bloody useless idiotic people.
