It’s difficult to criticize Olivier and Peck but I thought they over acted….if they had toned down their interpretation of their characters it would have been more powerful. Every one of the supporting cast was outstanding.
And James Mason was as always perfection.
A disturbing film but an important reminder of the horrors of the Nazis and particularly of Mengele.
And the real tragedy of forgetting.
