I took 3 of my children to watch this aged between 17 -23. I was excited for them to see the film because I had read the book and watched the original film. It was disappointing, they were disappointed! The cast was great and they did a good job but there was something vital missing from the beginning, that emotional connection was not established. For me the film didnt reach that peak, it just wasn't quite there! However, Sophia was absolutely brilliant, she made me laugh and cry!
