The movie is beautifully crafted by Jeethu Joseph. As a sequel of D1, D2 is not that thrilling as comparing with each other. But, there are some moments where you will bite your nails. In the first part, the movie explains how a normal family passes through a day to day life in a society after a crime has happened in their home and in the second half the actor becomes the director of this crime story to protect his family (That's all I can say).
I've read some reviews saying that the first half is kind of boring, like few of the audience felt a serial touch in some areas. But, for me, it was normal (not because I'm a serial fan...lol).
To be frank, the casting could have been improved for the supporting characters, especially the lady advocate. But, The main characters are perfect.
Overall saying, the direction, script, camera, cinematography, background music, everything was awesome. I would give it 4/5, as it is a good movie.
