I'd say its pretty good, ive played 20+ hours of the open beta. There are some glitches and stuff that need to be fixed, they literally ruin the entire experience. The naval battles are cool and fun, enjoy those the most. And I'm tired of people griping about how you can't explore land and that you can't wallk around on your ship. People, if they wanted that to be apart of the game then they would, the main focal point of the game is literally the naval battles. This isn't Black Flag or Sea of Thieves so stop comparing it to them. Anyways, pretty good game got some things that need to be buffed out. Wouldn't pay $70 for this tho, not a AAA game. Maybe $30 or $40.
