Starts small with humble beginnings, then BAM the next thing hits you like a truck. Suddenly this simple girl is thrown into a world of different dimensions, colorful spices, prophecys, and demons. The only thing I would change is the main character's self esteem. I think that by the fourth book, it could be a character development, as it is a flaw for the entire series and makes her still seem like a radish. The world building and plot is well contemplated. I'd love for it to be adapted to the screen, perhaps a collaboration between Hollywood and Bollywood to properly depict India would do!
