All the awards, two in each hand, to the main characters. As complex and beautiful as life itself. It was clearly written by higher powers. The Flawless Art. I adore this series with all my heart. After watching it numerous times, I find myself noticing new details which make me fall in love with it even more. Everything here is alive: the wisdom of life, true origins of governance, spirituality, human aspirations and sins... I usually quote it. Anyone interested in the topics of power, family and life, in that context, should watch. Although it is ironic that it has achieved incredible ratings, yet, at the same time, many people do not know about it... gives me a feeling of sweet possessiveness. A masterpiece that seems to have been made especially for me. I am filled with sincere joy that I found this series and have known about it for several years. I am an extremely picky person, and it is almost impossible to please me. Everything. Not a single sigh, not a single movement, not a single frame is superfluous. Perfectly balanced. Aesthetically, it is simply... magnificent. And the music. God bless Trevor Morris's hands and mind. Almost all the soundtracks are at the frequency of the root chakra, Muladhara, responsible for our place in the world, material goods, self-affirmation, bliss and pleasure. The foundation of our existence. Jeremy Irons, François Arnaud, Holliday Grainger, David Oakes, Lotte Verbeek, Neil Jordan, all the actors, producers, directors, members of the crew... brilliant job. So many thoughts. So many details. Visual perfection. Life in power in the most truthful form. If there is anything perfect in this world, it is The Borgias, 2011. PS. people either don't understand this series, or LOVE it to the very core, and each character becomes their favourite

What a film. Boys being boys. Morality and good people having each other's backs. We were in such an awe from the acting, that by the end of the film we gasped at the takes that were just exquisite through and through... Bordeaux, brown, beige colors. Fireplaces, rich interiors, aesthetically pleasing picture, to say the least. It is a golden cinematography. I'm so happy we had discovered this film. Even more, that we had found it in Autumn. Cast, story, faces you feel glad seeing. Wise dialogues. Each of the characters lived that life for us. 11/10

After Borgias (2011), it is my favorite in terms of costumes. Most beautiful takes and panoramas. Her dresses and hair, interior and places. The way she looks is most feminine and beautiful. I would love to dress like that. All so beautiful, feminine, fresh, real. Worth watching. 10/10

Ivar, decorations, atmosphere, size, (🔥) intro, Kalf, Athelstan, Ragnar, Lagertha, Floki, priest (all of them did something terrible though). It is good. It has Trevor Morris as a composer.. He always does such a magnificent job with creating mood in the series... my God. Also, costumes are on point. Everything is Viking-like. Very authentic. Signature writing of Mr. Hirst. This main actor is the first with light features and hair I've seen so "brunettish" handsome. And his eyes are not real. So bright and blue. Beautiful features and body. At first, I was a little unfair to it because of my monogamous nature. But it is their culture, and that is a different life. It doesn't necessarily mean it's for me. I only can give it a personal score. And this mark is very-very high and good, if not excellent. In fourth season appeared this special actor who plays Ivar. They connected it eventually with Kyivan Rus, Kyiv. It was painful to hear how they, in their ignorance and naivety, confused Rus with Russia, but I believe it was not their intention. By the end, I wrote time stamps (too much of them) where Ivar was looking fine. I was waiting and feeling Ivar right away when it started. He was the only monogamous character in whole series. Did cruel and unforgiving things because of being betrayed. I skipped them. But they are there. This character was amazing. Made the whole series for me. Favorite scene: 5 s 7 ep Ivar and priest. Ivar is most fun in that episode as a whole, playful & coy. Thank God the stars aligned that they have six seasons. Started to watch it in the northern country, and finished too. It was best that way. To sum up, series are not perfect, but certainly worth watching. Would definitely rewatch... and do at the moment:)

A film about life and friendship. My dad's favorite Al Pacino film. He always praises it so much... unbelievable. Colonel is a real superhero. Human wanting love and family. Affection. Adorer of women. Masterpiece and must see for all the people.

Exactly the second series. Better than just okay, even good. Season 2 was especially liked. The first one is also good, but the second one is many times better in quality, shooting, events, images. There's a quote I really liked. "God judges us not by the fruit of our labours, but by what is in our heart." In season 2, the conversation with Leonardo is also beautiful, about the meaning of life. Some of the actors are overacting. But the further in, the better it gets. Lorenzo and his wife Clarice my favorites. I watched season 2 almost without rewinding. By the end of the series I realised why I intuitively liked him. There are a lot of characters from the Borgias: Catarina Sforza, Savonarolla, and most importantly, Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Michelangelo.... "Nico" Machiavelli :) And many who preceded the generation of my favourite series. These are the two popes before Alexander. Cesare's peers are Lorenzo's children. And from the story, as I recall, he was friends with one of them. In episode 7, Lorenzo approached Michelangelo and said he was going to be a huge talent. The ending made me teary-eyed, and many moments evoked emotions in me. Isn't that what cinema should do?

Decorations, costumes, casting. Isabella Rossellini, Claire Forlani: big names. 1,2 ep. I was in awe of Tom Glynn-Carney, and started to watch "House of the dragon" for him. Didn't disappoint neither here, nor there. Also, I love that he plays characters similar in their personality. As if, it is the same soul, just in different eras, as well as background. Otherwise, it repulsed that their whole family are weaving plots and intrigues against each other, have no trust. Except Tiberius's ability to be loyal to Drusus, his brother, and his beliefs. He is my favorite character. Obviously, not counting his alter ego. But apart from it... After Borgias (2011) with Jeremy Irons, Francois Arnaud and Holliday Grainger, these are second best series about Rome.

I loved Stephen Bonnet, and fan fiction about him, about how it should have (!) been by some blessed mind called Xeres "Once more with a feeling". I also am so grateful to the creators for what they did for Scotland. How they made the whole world fall in love with this beautiful country and its people. Most picturesque. Jamie and Claire is a little sick love, but very passionate and, what most people believe to be, realistic, with all that drama and biting. For me love is loyalty, first. Wouldn't say that was completely about them. But Mrs. Gabaldon wrote a great story, putting everything an average modern woman would desire in two main characters. Has a very vivid aftertaste and atmosphere as a whole.

Evan and Taissas' tandem is everything. Come back to House and Coven from time to time. Jessica, Kathy: great actresses. Don't like horror and have never watched these type of films or series. I rewind dark moments, and enjoy others.

I'm surprised with the "medieval vibe" era fashion of kids these days, the series have such a low profile. Casting made my jaw drop. Sights and takes sometimes took my breath away. As well as Eva Green. Well, here and in "Dark shadows" I believe she in place the most. What a woman.
