Anyone saying that this movie’s ending was bad was clearly not paying attention.. the realisation that Jon came to towards the end of the film was really quite wonderful to watch unfold. It was funny, well thought out and even though in a lot of parts exaggerated (actually helped make the message clearer) was still a very realistic and relatable story. I LOVED IT! And such amazing performances from the leading actor and actresses. Seemed like it would have been a fairly challenging role for each of them and they delivered in my opinion 👌 I’m not rating this movie next to every other film made.. yes it’s not as gripping as an action/adventure film of course, but for a rom com I’d give it a 10/10. Was refreshing to see such a different spin on the genre that still became so beautifully heartfelt at the end 👏👏👏 Distastefully tasteful? 😅 loved it!
