Firstly, I'm not a Star Wars fan. I have never seen a single movie or show in my life. The franchise never seemed interesting enough to get into. So, I was kind of hesitant to watch The Acolyte. Eventually, I gave in after hearing wonderful things about the show. An added plus was that I didn't have to watch or know any lore before watching this! Episodes 1-3 started slow, but Episodes 4 and 5 really sealed the deal for me! From then on, I enjoyed every episode. I enjoyed the action/fighting scenes, the costumes, and the bond these characters had. Honestly, There were times when the dialogue seemed out of place, but not enough to bother me! Overall, This show has been an amazing ride, and I’m glad I gave it a chance. I loved everything from the cast to the cinematography. I hope it gets renewed for a 2nd season. It deserves a 2nd season.
