I am excited about this book because of the tools both authors share to become a great self-coach. As an educator, I spend my day coaching students, but I never thought about hiring a coach for myself. Because I read Taking People With You by David, I know both authors will provide valuable insight into becoming the self-coach I need to be to reach my full potential. This book will prepare me as I transform my life after my career in education.
