I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I try to figure out the murderer as soon as I start reading anything from Christie, and while I did enjoy the book/story, I wasn't much of a fan of the ending. I don't want to ruin anything, but there's no way one could figure out who the culprit was in this one. It's almost like Christie herself wasn't sure of how to end it, so she just pulled this one out of the blue.
