The characters, the plot, the action...Everything is so well-done! Especially the characters as I love every single one of them (Ashito easily steals my heart even from the first episode). Realistic but also interesting enough to keep you on the edge of your seat. But when the emotional moments hit, they also hit hard. I'm not a football fan but the series definitely makes me feel the essence and beauty of the sport. Overall, I would highly recommend both watching the show and reading the manga series as some important details were missed by the anime. I hope the author will continue Ao Ashi for long. I just love it too much.
