Mostly a good mix of hosts and topics/recipes. And the recipes are usually affordable and not too complicated. Just not sure why Jeff(sandwich king) has to act so goofy. He actually cradled the jar of mayonnaise like a baby and kissed it. Distracting and not necessary.
