This is a fascinating and informative show. It is a little pinchy when Dr. Gates asks his white guests about how they feel when they find out their ancestors owned slaves. And visa versa when he asks his black guests how they feel when they find out some of their ancestors are white.
History isn't all roses. There are enlightening moments in everyones past and when it all boils down to it. ALL our roots are found in Africa. Embrace the history. Embrace the diversity of Humankind.
