Aleesha Hammer

I am going to have to say, I should have rented this one. I really was worried when they announced this movie, given I didn't feel the need to have more explanation on Furiosa's character. There was enough context in the first film. This movie was fun, but very heavy green screen. With seeing the clips of the first movie in the credits it really showed how much was filled in location and what was digitally added. Anya Taylor-Joy was strong in a few scenes but did not carry this character the way Charlize did. She is an amazing actress but I am not sure this was the role for her. Now, Chris Hemsworth carried this movie. He was my favorite part. The prosthetics nose was a great touch. Really enjoyed his bigger than life performance, he really seemed to be having a great time on this production. Vehicles were cool, costumes lived up to the first one. But all in all, seeing this once was enough.
