Lady Neji

Absolutely breath taking. This movie is by no means typical as our young protagonists are forced to see the world as adults rather than children given their circumstances. This movie portrays a different side of adolescence where one questions where they want to be, who they want to be, and who will be beside them as they chase what form of happiness they can find. For Hadoka, Hina and Nagi, their happiness resided in eachother through their efforts in overcoming adversity and bonded them stronger than any family could be. Truly, it was a marvelous film to behold with unique lore and heart wrenching plot devices that just made the world of "Weathering With You" all the more realistic. Please, if you have the time, watch this movie and feel the beauty in this latest masterpiece.
