Good old fashion scares and creepy tension is what makes this movie stand out for me. None of the cheap jumpscares and over reliance on shock gore that we get in Hollywood horror movies today. If you like the period setting aswell then I think this is definitely the movie for you. Daniel Radcliffe's performance was surprisingly good as well considering his Harry Potter roots. Definitely a must watch for those who want something a little bit different in thier horror movies.
