I think kody is trying to justify his lack of love for all the wives but Robin. I guess he thinks all the other wives are just supposed to be glad to be in his presence. Christine is taking care of herself which is the right thing do. Kody does not treat his wives equally so why do they stay. He's arrogant and selfish and controlling.
