Pleasantly surprised at how this movie was, a lot to dissect. It’s not a movie that you’ll watch for a good time but instead will leave you crushed for ani’s character

This is so much better than the original one. Their CHEMISTRY???? Sooo good. Also a full 5 considering I barely (if not at all) cringed in this movie in comparison to the original one. Not only was I actually able to sit through the whole thing, but I also ENJOYED IT?? I couldn’t even finish the original one so this movie is something for sure. Noah and Nick’s characters are actually bearable here too. Their great chemistry aside, the actors did a wonderful job. I absolutely love their characters, especially nick’s, having more depth and dimension here. He simply did not come across as an insufferable incorrigible guy, thank goodness to that. I get that some people are disappointed because the movie didn’t stay exact to the book, and i’ve also seen complaints about how they toned down on portraying the toxicity of the characters, but honestly? A good portion of watchers did not read the book and just LOVED how refreshing the main actor’s chemistry are. If you’re going to watch this movie on its own i’d say it’s great! Overall I’d say sit back and enjoy the movie! If you’re looking for great chemistry, well today’s your lucky day to start this movie🍿 I’d absolute love to see more of these two together 💓

DO NOT WATCH IT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WATCH IT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BAWL YOUR EYES OUT AND FEEL SICK EVERYTIME YOU RECALL THIS MOVIE. Geniunely though this movie absolutely shattered my heart. I knew what was to come yet it did nothing to lessen just how devastated you become after you finish watching. They did great with bringing that 20th century energy. The cinematography of the film is just beautiful. The actors adapted their characters all so well. Just a huge round of applause for the whole team and production who was involved in this film. I still can’t decide if I love or hate the author lol

guys. GUYYYYYYS. I'm not even kidding this film is an actual artistic masterpiece in every way possible. Aside from the absolutely AMAZING artistic animation, the characters and plot have so much to offer. It had me on the edge of my seat, and I absolutely could not believe the movie ended like that. Not to mention the amazing soundtrack for this film?? I just absolutely enjoyed and loved every part of this movie. Big kudos to everyone who took part in creating such a wonderful animated film!
