We went to see the stage production at The Riverside Studios in Hammersmith. We had to speak with other theatre goers after the event to see if they were feeling the same as us, as we couldn't believe what utter rubbish we had turned up for. Everyone we spoke to had similar views as ours, many stating it constituted blasphemy against the religion and had no humour at all. What a waste of time and money. The person I went with fell asleep mid way. The most disrespectful part apart from using the c*** word and frequent swearing using the f*** word, was when the actor was saying why does Allah have to have 99 names anyway. Of course, those non Muslims in the audience would find this amusing, but to a Muslim this is beyond disrespectful. Shame on the writer and actor, who obviously have a shameful sense of humour. Don't waste your time or money on this.
