i get it, this is a kids' show. but literally watching this fim makes me want to curl up in a ball and shoot my ears off. it's really cringe to me, especially some scenes where they try to be 'funny'

Saw the trailer and already knew the plot. it's all the same. a human that does not fit in with the rest and meets some non-human species and they fit in/become friends. "Elio, an underdog" "he starts to form new bonds with eccentric aliens while discovering who he's truly meant to be." already says alot. lowk if im being honest, Pixar's "original ideas" start to become repetitive. a misfit that fits in before finding someone like them seems to be the somewhat trend i guess. Also, unlike Sony animation, the pixar characters have the same face syndrome. in turning red, nearly ALL characters have the same features: round eyes, bean shaped mouth(Imo kinda horrendous)
