I loved it except for a couple of dramaturgical errors (all minuets are in 3/4 time your maj). I was disappointed by the ending. I won’t spoil it but it went one scene too far.

I grew up in the 70’s and this was a wonderful nostalgia trip. Seeing all those awesome classic cars was alone worth the price of admission . Fun twist that Bradley Cooper, recently having starred with Gaga in the eleventieth remake of A Star is Born played Jon Peters, who produced Streisand’s 70’s remake of said film. I thought that the movie went on about 15 minutes too long, but the sets and the costumes and the whole 70’s vibe coupled with the sweet story of friends who become more was outstanding and I’m really glad I saw it .

It was like visiting an old friend after a long absence. I loved it. It wasn’t an epic Oscar contender but it was great fun and beautiful to watch . All the folk sending out the snarky political comments about it need to take a pirin tablet and go to bed.
