Just horrendous! This movie had a chance to revive the series after the very disappointing third movie. Instead, just made to cash in on the brand. Who the hell let this happen? Too many plot holes never closed the gap left by Jeepers 3. It never explained the origin of the Creeper, although the movie title hints at it (Reborn?). None of the psychology of the first two movies is revealed. Watching through the first half, I still have no idea what story they are trying to tell. A complete disappointment.
