Helen Groves

I loved this film. Austin Butler’s performance is brilliant and Tom Hanks is almost unrecognisable as Colonel Parker. I came out of the film in tears, as did my friends, feeling sad at what could have been. It’s a look at how raw talent succeeds but is then mismanaged and abused. And behind it all is that amazing voice. I would watch it again!!
