3.75 stars/ 5 Clearly this game has a lot of positives such as the ray tracing, the menu harkens to GT4, overall feel of the car, damage, setting difficulty not affecting credits and the AMAZING game physics. It’s also nice that all added cars have been free so thank you Polyphony for that.
Good music but needs a few more upbeat racing tunes.
Doesn’t allow for selling cars. This is a major issue and should take utmost priority.
Needs more variety of cars. No more duplicate of the same model.
Needs: 73 Alfa Romeo Montreal, 73 Mitsubishi GTO, 71 Charger, 68 charger, 69 Superbird, 72 Superbee, Olds cutlass, Toyota scion, 68 Shelby Gt500KR, more F1 cars, more classic Le Mans race cars 50s-70s. 24 hour Daytona, F1 circuit.
However Major bugs exist in this game such as:
Le Mans first turn before straight away during rain is glitchy even on priority fps.
Game designers setting cool car prices at 18 million in game credits.
AI’s in Races that are driving Sedan Gr.4 cars that can corner at faster speeds than actual race cars with front spoilers wings and correct tires.
Having Le Mans (a real time 30 minute race) pay out 800000 but then game designers are actively nerfing cars so that it’s even more difficult to place 1st. Btw I still haven’t been able to place 1st since this has happened.
No Qualifying ability for races so you often start in 20th place.
Glitchy choppy backgrounds especially during rain.
No ability to sell cars, despite all the duplicate cars you may have, or if you decide that the million dollar car you bought isn’t very good now, your stuck with it.
Daily Roulette tickets that mostly pay 2000-5000 regardless of 1-5 stars.
Car upgrades are obscenely expensive and again you cannot sell upgrades.
If these things are ever fixed I will change my review to 5 stars.
