I have watched thousands of westerns TV shows and movies and I can say if this movie had it been made with an all white cast the reviews would be amazing. The writing is clever, witty, and fast. It easily rivals Unforgiven as a story. It is filmed better. That one of the leads is a fast talking no nonsense take no prisoners black woman is beautiful. Johnathan Majors as Nat Love is brilliant. Delroy Lindo playing Bass Reeves (Bass Reeves is who The Lone Ranger is based on. What? You thought The Lone Ranger was based on a white guy?) speaks to the fact that all the main characters in the movie were true people. That in and of itself is a fantastic history lesson.

Loved it! The best Fantastic Beast movie yet. People can hate on JK all day, and she deserves it. To create Harry Potter with a gay headmaster and mixed people, and then say she hates transgender people!! She is so wrong with her transgender stance, and to no one surprise, it has killed the franchise, something critics live to write about. However, this film is very good. I don't like what David Yates did with the Harry Potter films, and the first two Beasts were good, not fantastic. On the other hand, this one is Yates best effort by far. The story is solid, and the acting is outstanding. Jk... you blew it! We will never see the second most important battle in the wizarding world!!!! You just couldn't keep your big mouth shut!

To hell with those critics who are obviously under the Imperus curse and no doubt got a "T" grade from Hogwarts. The movie is outstanding. Everyone is great. Depp is cool as Grindlewald. Better than I expected. He is no Jack Sparrow in this movie. FB2 hits the ground running and never stops. Those who grew with Harry Potter, and I count myself one even at age 60, will learn what the adult wizards had to deal with long before sorting hats, every flavor beans, Hedwig and Quidditch. It was always said to Harry, Ron and Hermione that they had no idea just how bad times were before they arrived as children to Hogwarts. Fantastic Beasts 2 begins to show just how dark and bad things really can be if you lose hope and stop fighting the dark side. I'm going back for more!
